CANCELLATION POLICY

A booked appointment is a confirmed appointment. We will send you a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. We will use the email you provide us to contact you. Not receiving this email due to spam, old address, etc. is not an excuse to waive the fee.

We understand things come up. We do our best to respect our clients’ time and to be prompt with your appointments. If for any reason you will arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, please call us as soon as possible at 714-647-9338.
Appointments 10 minutes late or more may be forfeited or shortened in time.


NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

By booking an appointment, you agree to the policy below.

Regular services: You must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment time.

Facial services: You must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel a facial service with less than 12 hours notice, 25 percent of the service fee will be charged.

Late cancel: Any cancellation made inside the required notice window (less than 6 hours for regular services or less than 12 hours for facial services) will result in a 25 percent charge of the scheduled service.

No show: Not showing up to your appointment, or cancelling within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, will result in a 50 percent charge of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals: Your service may be shortened and still charged in full, or you may be rescheduled and charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. If you think you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call to confirm we can still take you.

How to cancel:
By telephone: If we do not answer or it is after hours, our automated system will text you and walk you through cancellation.

 You may also respond to your most recent confirmation text to manage your appointment. You cannot cancel through an old text thread. Please use the latest confirmation text you received.
